Neutralizer

The formula is enriched with a mix of almond protein, arginine, organic coconut oil and sodium PCA for a protective effect on the hair during treatment.

After using Permanente 1A or 1B, towel dry thoroughly and apply the Neutralising product, leaving it in for no more than 10 minutes. Unroll the rollers without pulling the hair and reapply the neutralising product, leaving it in for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water only. If necessary, apply a small amount of conditioner, leaving it in for a few minutes and rinse, then dry. SHAKE BEFORE USE. WAIT 48 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT BEFORE WASHING HAIR.
