Step 1

apply the lotion to a dry or cleansed scalp after washing with Fortifying Shampoo. Do not rinse.

Step 2

if you need a shock treatment, apply it once a day or at least 3 times a week for 3 weeks.

Step 3

as a maintenance treatment, apply the lotion once or twice a week for 6 to 9 consecutive weeks.
