Intro

Finding a way to make sustainable professional beauty and hair products accessible to as many people as possible was the number one reason we created Insight. Over the years, we improved our formulas and production methods and chose glass—an endlessly recyclable material—for our containers, making Insight exactly what we dreamed it would be.

Looking at a better future through glass

Packaging waste is one of the beauty industry’s biggest challenges, with 130 billion pieces of packaging produced every year, most of which turn into microplastics. To reduce the environmental impact of our products, we decided to analyze their lifecycle first. Plastic only gets recycled three times before being sent to landfills or incinerators. That’s why we chose glass and aluminum. These materials are more expensive but can be recycled infinitely without losing their purity, drastically reducing waste pollution.

We are proud to be a carbon neutral company. In addition, our VeganOK-certified formulas contain more than 96% natural and organic ingredients. Our ethical procurement policy ensures that every supplier implements environmentally sustainable and fair labor practices. In our production plant in Granarolo dell’Emilia, we use renewable energy and ozonated water and purify wastewater.
