Welcome olfactory protocol
and hand towel massage

Choose your favorite Insight fragrance; you’ll then be welcomed with an olfactory protocol at the styling station or shampoo area, followed by a purifying hand massage.

2.
Semi-solid cleansing mixed
with water and scalp massage

Place a small amount of product onto your hands using the spoon. Just a few drops of water will activate the fondue, turning it into a gentle, ultra-nourishing shampoo to be enjoyed with a relaxing massage at the washbasin.

3.
Semi-solid conditioning treatment
with leave-in time

After rinsing, the conditioner should always be activated with water and massaged into the hair; leaving it on for a few minutes allows the treatment to express its full intensity.

4.
Blow-dry and final styling

At this point, your hair will feel beautifully soft and elastic. We will then move on to styling, adapted to your preferences and your hair’s natural character.
