Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.

Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation of receipt to the email address provided.

Return of Products

After notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the contract, the products must be returned within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted.

Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with any accessories, and in their original packaging, where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned products, or proof that they have been shipped back, we will refund all amounts relating to the withdrawn products, including any standard delivery charges, within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable law, including but not limited to:

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
• Products that have been customized or made to the customer’s specifications;
• Other goods for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, cosmetic, haircare, and beauty products that have been opened, used, or deprived of their original seal, where applicable, may not be eligible for return under the applicable regulations.
